We take pride in handmaking our precision-made Pop In Planner inserts. Each product is designed, cut, punched, and assembled in our studio in Los Angeles, California specifically for each customer.
That said, your happiness matters to us just as much as the details, which is why we're proud to offer our Handmade Promise. As a part of our commitment to durability and reducing single-use products, our products are warrantied against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase. To qualify for warranty service, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and mail in the defective product as instructed.
What's covered:
- snapping, cracking, or breaking of insert backing
- heat related warping or general warping of insert backing
- binder ring closure misalignment
What's NOT covered:
- normal wear and tear, including scratching and denting
- binder ring misalignment caused by dropping, crushing, impact, or other external damage
- Bookmark ribbons
- Notekeeper elastics
- Paper refills
Warranty requires proof of purchase from an authorized dealer, and is non-transferrable from original purchaser. Warranties are issued on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Pop In Planners. Replacements may be comprised of new or refurbished components. If a replacement is issued, the replacement product assumes the remainder of the original warranty period and does not extend the warranty term. If a physical replacement is unavailable or discontinued, a refund for the original purchase value of the product may be issued in the form of store credit.
